You must be over 13 to participate in this program. If you are under 13, ask your parent to sign-up on their phone and show you messages when they arrive.

Your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to your entry or submission message, our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. Other charges may apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your date of birth, cell phone number, your carrier's name and the date, time and content of your messages. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.

As a member of the Alagaesia Mobile Club you will receive a maximum of 3 SMS messages a week. By subscribing, you consent to receiving text messages from us which may include offers from us, our affiliates and partners during the duration of the mobile campaign.

If you are a member of the Alagaesia Mobile Club, you can unsubscribe
at any time by replying 'STOP' to 66512.

All mobile numbers and data obtained from you in connection
with this service will be disregarded at the end of the campaign
and will not be used for any other purpose.

The service will be available on these US carriers only: AT&T,
Cingular, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, T-Mobile, Verizon, Alltel, Dobson
